Jennifer Embry

Jennifer Embry serves as Division Counsel for IP Litigation at Abbott. They previously held positions as Senior Counsel in both Diagnostics Legal and Intellectual Property Litigation at Abbott, and worked as Intellectual Property Counsel at Hospira. Earlier in their career, Jennifer practiced as a Patent Attorney at Marshall, Gerstein & Borun LLP. They earned a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Mathematics from Saint Mary's College. Jennifer is a member of the State of Illinois Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
