Jerry Mathew

Jerry Mathew currently serves as a Technical Services Specialist at Abbott, a position held since October 2021. Prior to this role, Jerry accumulated extensive experience at Zahrawi Group from August 2012 to October 2021, progressing from Field Service Engineer to Service Team Leader. In these capacities, Jerry became factory trained and certified to service a variety of medical equipment, including systems from Sebia, Sakura, BD Diagnostics, and others. Jerry's earlier experience includes serving as a Field Service Engineer at City Pharmacy Co. UAE from August 2009 to August 2012, where similar qualifications were attained for numerous medical devices. Jerry holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management and Supervision from Manipal Academy of Higher Education - MAHE and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Sathyabama University.
