Jess Shi

Jess Shi is a Senior Staff ASIC Design Engineer at Abbott, specializing in mixed signal SoC ASIC development and digital ASIC design. With extensive experience in low power design flow and FPGA prototyping, Jess has successfully developed multiple low power ASICs for medical devices. Prior roles include senior positions at Advanced Bionics, Alfred Mann Foundation, and Boston Scientific, where Jess contributed to significant projects such as implantable pulse generators and spinal cord stimulators. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at California State University-Northridge, Jess also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from UCLA.
