Jill Sheiman

Jill Sheiman is currently a Division Counsel in Licensing & Acquisitions at Abbott, bringing over 20 years of experience as both in-house and outside counsel. Jill previously held the position of Senior Counsel for Licensing & Acquisitions at Abbott Laboratories from 2016 to 2022 and was Of Counsel at Paul Hastings LLP from 2010 to 2016. Jill's legal expertise encompasses mergers, acquisitions, and regulatory matters, particularly for highly regulated industries like medical and defense. Jill earned a B.A. in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, complemented by an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
