Jim Kritsas

Jim Kritsas is a patent attorney currently serving as Senior Counsel for Intellectual Property Litigation at Abbott. With a strong background in mechanical engineering, Jim focuses on complex litigation, inter partes reviews (IPRs), and IP portfolio strategies, representing clients in various intellectual property disputes across the United States.
