JoAnna McNutt

JoAnna McNutt is currently a Staff R&D Engineer at Abbott and a Master's student in Biomedical Engineering at Cornell University, where they are developing an intelligent back brace for a scoliosis patient. They previously earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Biological/Biosystems Engineering from Cornell in 2018. JoAnna has also served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant and a Research Lab Assistant, participating in various projects and assisting students in their studies. In addition to their engineering work, JoAnna has led community wellness activities at Cornell Fitness Centers and completed a summer research internship focused on missile allocation.
