Jochen Ballweg

Jochen Ballweg is currently a Global Program Manager for Business Excellence at Abbott, where they have held multiple roles including Global Program Manager for Learning and Development. With a background in Lean Management at DekaBank and as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Xchanging Transaction Bank GmbH, Jochen has extensive experience in process improvement. They previously served as a Project Manager in Efficiency Management at Deutsche Bahn, holding the title of Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
