Jodi Small

Jodi Small, MBA, is an IT Quality Manager with a strong background in healthcare and medical technology. They graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis in May 2015 and subsequently completed Abbott's Professional Development Program in June 2017. Jodi earned a Master of Business Administration from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management in June 2022 and currently manages the Document and Change Control group for Corporate IT at Abbott, where they influence cultural change and implement a revamped Change Management process.
