John Dascanio

John Dascanio is a highly experienced mechanical engineer with a strong background in medical device product development and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Staff Mechanical Engineer at Abbott since July 2016, John has previously held positions as a Senior Staff Engineer at Stryker, where responsibilities included overseeing mechanical aspects of a small product development team, and as a Principal Staff Engineer at Motorola Solutions, managing thermal and structural design for cellular base station products. John holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
