Kara Soule

Kara Soule is a TPM Supplier Quality Manager at Abbott Laboratories, where they leverage their keen attention to detail and articulate communication skills to solve roadblocks and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Previously, they held various roles at Abbott, including Supplier Quality Manager and Senior Supplier Quality Engineer. Kara also served as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Maine, where they developed a strong foundation in biochemistry and teaching. They earned a Bachelor of Science, followed by two Master of Science degrees in Biochemistry and Teaching from the University of Maine.
