Kathleen Leisring

Kathleen Leisring is a Principal Engineer and a graduate of Purdue University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Over the years, Kathleen has held increasingly responsible roles in manufacturing across various industries, including petrochemicals, pulp/paper, and pharmaceutical/nutrition liquid packaging. Kathleen's experience includes serving as Maintenance Manager at Abbott, where they led a team of 60 and focused on improving maintenance processes and workforce development. Previously, Kathleen worked as a Senior Reliability Engineer at Abbott, a Maintenance Front Line Leader at International Paper, and gained foundational experience through internships and co-op positions in firms like ConAgra Foods and SABIC.
