Kaycee Buckley

Kaycee Buckley is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in training and talent development, currently serving as the Director of Global Commercial Talent at Abbott since August 2001. Kaycee has demonstrated expertise in leading global training initiatives, notably launching the IN COMMAND program for over 1,500 sales leaders and representatives in multiple languages, and developing the first standardized Global Sales New Hire Training Curriculum. Prior roles include Senior Global Training Manager, Training Manager, and Training Product Program Manager, achieving significant performance improvements and cost reductions. Earlier experience as an Instructional Designer at Click2Learn involved creating modular learning programs and assessments. Kaycee holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Texas Tech University.
