With over two decades of experience in consulting, they are well-versed in various agile, project management, and business analysis methodologies. Previously, Vanourney served as a Senior Scrum Master at Markel, coaching distributed agile teams, and delivered training as a contracted SAFe course instructor. They hold an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, alongside a BFA in Painting and Printmaking from Columbus College of Art & Design.
