Kyla Collins is a global enablement and business operations leader with over 12 years of experience in driving impact at the intersection of strategic growth and execution excellence. They served as a teaching assistant at Stanford University, where they taught hands-on courses in design thinking and prototyping. At Abbott, Kyla held several managerial positions, including Liquid Operations Department Manager and Global Commercial Training Lead, where they focused on improving performance and developing training programs for global markets.
