Larry Baird is currently a Quality Assurance Manager at Abbott, where they manage Quality Shared Services supporting Quality Control, Receiving Inspection, and Reliability Engineering testing groups. Previously, they served as an Associate Program Manager at Abbott from 2016 to 2020, implementing various projects using Lean and Six Sigma principles. Their career also includes extensive experience as a Sr. Quality Technician and Quality Control Supervisor, where they managed the Quality Control Receiving Inspection area and participated in both internal and external auditing processes. Larry is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management at the University of Redlands.
