LaToya B. is a creative and results-driven learning and development strategist with extensive experience in curriculum design and management of both instructor-led and computer-based learning programs. They have held various leadership roles, including Manager of Employee and Leadership Development and Senior Manager of Global Key Talent Programs at Abbott, where they focused on developing top-performing leaders.
