Laura Lim

Laura Lim is a Senior Manager of Talent & Organization Consulting at Abbott, where they provide strategic advisory services to business and HR leaders across Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. With experience in Singapore and Shanghai, Laura has developed cross-cultural insights and specializes in enhancing human capital capabilities and optimizing organizational processes. Prior to their current role, Laura served as a Talent Strategy Consultant at Mercer and a Talent Management Consultant at WTW, focusing on employee engagement and talent management. They also worked at the National Council of Social Service, managing strategic planning and implementing national programs in the Disability and Children, Youth & Family sectors. Laura holds a Bachelor (Hons) in Psychology from Queen's University and is currently participating in an International Student Exchange Program in Psychology at the University of Melbourne.
