Lawrence Blyn

Lawrence Blyn is currently the Site Director at Carlsbad Biologics and Senior Director of Reagent R&D at Abbott, leading teams in the development of biological reagents and diagnostic products. They have extensive experience in assay development, having held significant roles at Ibis Biosciences, where they oversaw the development of multiple assays that gained FDA and CE Mark approval. Lawrence has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Saddleback College and has a strong academic background, including a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the University of Utah School of Medicine and a degree from Harvey Mudd College.
