Leonard Radtke

Leonard Radtke is a seasoned global business leader in the medical device industry, currently serving as Senior Director of U.S. Operations and Quality at Abbott, where they lead operations and subsystem design quality for the Cardiac Rhythm Management Division. With prior experience as Senior Director of System Reliability at St. Jude Medical, Radtke introduced proactive "Design for Reliability" practices, enhancing product safety and performance. They have also held significant roles at Medtronic and Honeywell Aerospace, demonstrating expertise in risk management, quality engineering, and system validation. Radtke is pursuing a Bachelor's and has completed coursework for a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
