Lorena Melo

Lorena Melo has significant experience in talent management and learning development, currently serving as Global Leader Talent Management at Abbott since December 2018, with previous roles as Director of Talent Management Operations & Development and Director of Talent Management Operations. Prior to Abbott, Lorena held the position of National Learning & Development Manager for Brazil at Kuehne + Nagel from March 2010 to March 2013, where responsibilities included leading a Learning & Development Internship Program, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement initiatives. Lorena also worked at Procter & Gamble from August 2006 to February 2010 in various management roles focusing on Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition for both Brazil and Latin America. Lorena holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Uninorte - Laureate International.
