Lupe Rivera

Lupe Rivera is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in diverse industries. Rivera held multiple roles at Abbott from January 2017 to February 2021, including Divisional Vice President for various segments such as Core Diagnostics and Cardiac Rhythm Management. Prior to Abbott, Rivera served as the Leader of Human Resources at St. Jude Medical, supporting HR functions for over 18,000 employees from January 2013 to January 2017. Rivera's career also includes significant positions at Exelixis and AT&T, demonstrating a strong background in HR and operations management.
