Lynette Chan

Lynette Chan is currently the Associate Director of Field Clinical Quality and Employee Development at Abbott, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, they worked at Synteract as a Senior Manager in Clinical Operations for a brief period in 2017, and they also served in several positions at Abbott, including Senior Manager of Field Clinical Quality. Lynette's earlier experience includes being an Expert Clinical Research Associate at Novartis from 2006 to 2012 and a Senior Clinical Research Associate at GSK from 2001 to 2006. Lynette holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology from Austin College and a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling Psychology from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School.
