Mallory Lay

Mallory Lay, MBA and PMP, is a Senior Project Manager in the PPMO with extensive experience in quality management and project oversight. They worked as a Quality Manager and Senior Project Manager at Abbott from 2022 to 2024, and previously held various roles at Cargill from 2014 to 2015. Mallory earned a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
