Mandira Viegas

Mandira Viegas is the Director of Public Affairs and Communications at Abbott, where they oversee communications related to Established Pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, and cardiovascular divisions. Previously, Mandira served as General Manager of Corporate Communications at Bayer from 2002 to 2017, where they provided communication support for corporate governance, public relations, and corporate social responsibility projects. Mandira began their career as a Management Trainee in Sales & Marketing at Reliance Telecom and held a role as Assistant Manager in Sales & Marketing at Taj Group of Hotels before progressing to senior management positions. Mandira holds extensive educational qualifications, including a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the International Management Institute and a Bachelor's in Mass Communications from Panjab University.
