Manisha Vithaldas

Manisha Vithaldas is currently the Associate Director of EPD Sales Training at Abbott, where they focus on building a "Best In Class" field force through training and development initiatives. With over 16 years of training experience backed by commercial expertise, they specialize in creating customized learning solutions and driving managerial training across multiple divisions. Previously, Manisha worked on establishing training strategies for Abbott Nutrition in Vietnam, which contributed significantly to business growth. They hold a Master's degree in Microbiology from Mumbai University and are also a Gallup certified Strengths Coach.
