Manoj Paul

Manoj Paul is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the medical device and healthcare industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Software Design Quality Engineering and R&D Core Team Leader at Abbott since April 2020, Manoj leads multidisciplinary teams for the development of innovative therapies in Deep Brain Stimulation and Spinal Cord Stimulation. Prior experience includes an Associate Director role at UnitedHealth Group focusing on quality management for government projects, a leadership position at SFO Technologies overseeing a Healthcare Business Unit, and the establishment of a medical device practice at UST Global. Manoj’s career also includes significant contributions at Boston Scientific, where multiple managerial roles were held, including leading clinical trial operations and software engineering teams for FDA Class-III medical devices. Manoj holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota, a Master's in Computer Science from Texas Tech University, and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kerala.
