Marco Obando

Marco Obando is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management. As the Site Director at Abbott from January 2022 to October 2024, Marco led a large manufacturing site, successfully implementing Lean initiatives that resulted in significant scrap reduction and cost savings. Previous roles include Production and Facilities Manager, where Marco ensured compliance with global standards and improved operational efficiency, and Research and Development Engineering Manager, focused on enhancing project execution and manufacturing scalability while maintaining regulatory compliance.
