Mario Arias

Mario Arias is an Engineering Section Leader with extensive experience in project management and process improvement within the manufacturing sector. They provided leadership at Abbott, where they oversaw engineering staff, maintained key performance indicators, and managed budgets while supporting cross-functional teams. Previously, Mario held various engineering roles at Boston Scientific and Teradyne, focusing on continuous improvement projects and supplier management. They hold a Master’s degree in Project Management and two engineering degrees from institutions in Costa Rica.
