Matthew Thomas is currently the Director of Project Engineering at Abbott, where they lead efforts in process development and transfer for new products. Previously, they served as a Senior/Principal Technologist at Abbott Diabetes Care, contributing to the successful validation and transfer of a new glucose sensor process. With a strong background in technical engineering management, they have significantly improved production yields and led automation projects throughout their career. Matthew holds a degree in Molecular Cell Biology from The University of York.
