Maung L.

Maung L. is currently serving as the Global Human Resources Director at Abbott, where they lead talent strategy for innovative products aimed at improving lives. Previously, Maung managed store operations and training at CVS Health from 2008 to 2014, successfully turning around teams and overseeing significant P&L responsibilities. They also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Dr. Schulze's American Botanical Pharmacy, where they built the HR department and developed a comprehensive people strategy. Additionally, Maung has shared their expertise as a guest lecturer at the University of Southern California and serves on the advisory council for Harvard Business Review. Maung is pursuing education at the University of Southern California and Harvard Business School, while holding a Bachelor of Science degree from Pepperdine University.
