Maya Avery is a Regulatory Compliance Manager with extensive experience in regulatory compliance, quality management, and engineering across the aerospace and medical device industries. They have held roles including Quality Manager and R&D Engineer, where they ensured adherence to stringent standards and developed innovative solutions such as acid-free Teflon coatings and custom electrical connectors. Maya's engineering background includes contributions to the manufacturing of critical medical devices and specialized aerospace components, demonstrating their ability to tackle complex challenges. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at UC San Diego, they also hold an MBA from Walden University.
