Mia Maleš

Mia Maleš is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Croatia and Slovenia at Abbott, where they oversee various HR processes and implement strategies aligned with business goals. Previously, they served as a Human Resources Manager at Amo Dizajn JJ & Amadeus M.A.J., and as an Organizational Specialist at the Ministry of Social Policy in Croatia. Mia has a strong educational background, including a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Zagreb, and has engaged in cognitive behavioral therapy studies. They also worked as a Student Assistant in Evolutionary Psychology at the University of Zagreb.
