Michael Tarrant is a highly experienced Director of Operations with a strong background in Senior Manufacturing Leadership, specializing in both the Medical Devices and Semiconductor Industries. They have successfully managed large teams and led initiatives that resulted in significant productivity improvements and cultural change within organizations. Currently, they serve as the Vessel Closure Head of Manufacturing at Abbott, overseeing a cross-functional team and driving operational excellence while fostering employee growth. Michael holds a Bachelor of Technology in Manufacturing from the University of Limerick, where they completed their degree from 1991 to 1996.
