Michael Webb is a Senior Supply Chain Manager at Abbott Rapid Diagnostics, where they focus on collaboration between commercial and operations organizations to ensure optimal product fulfillment and inventory cost management. With 25 years of experience in the diagnostic, medical device, pharmaceutical, and consumer product industries, Michael previously held various roles, including Manager of Sales Forecasting and Senior Manager of Global Demand Management at Abbott. They began their career as a Product Development Engineer and have since developed expertise in sales forecasting and demand planning. Michael is currently pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and an MS in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University.
