Mike Gustin is an experienced HR Districts Manager with a background in software development and human resource management. They began their career as a Software Developer at Sony Ericsson before transitioning to HR roles at companies like Fresenius Kabi and Ofichem. Currently, Mike manages HR operations at Abbott, where they also serve as the EMEA HR Project lead.
