Mike Scott is a seasoned Sr. Program Manager currently overseeing the EP Ablation Portfolio at Abbott, providing strategic direction for service operations and improving product processes. Prior to this, Mike held various roles within Abbott, including Hardware Development Manager and Sr. Program Manager for R&D PMO. With a background as a Sr. Hardware Engineer at Medtronic, Mike has demonstrated expertise in leading engineering and verification efforts and managing corrective actions. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Valparaiso University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
