Mitchell Armstrong

Mitchell Armstrong is a highly experienced Senior Process Development Engineer with a strong background in chemical engineering and research. Currently at Abbott since November 2020, Mitchell previously held the same position at Intel Corporation from April 2018 to October 2020. Prior to that, a significant academic role as a Graduate Research Assistant at Arizona State University involved leading a large team on research projects aimed at peer-reviewed publications and international presentations, in addition to designing custom lab instruments. Experience also includes a Graduate Teaching Assistant role at Arizona State University, and an engineering position at GE Power & Water focused on reverse osmosis membrane production. Mitchell's academic credentials include a PhD and a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University, as well as dual Bachelor's degrees in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
