Mohit Sain

Mohit Sain is an experienced professional with a solid background in mechanical engineering and production management. Currently serving as a Purchasing Supervisor at Abbott since February 2023, Mohit previously held the role of Master Production Scheduler at OZ Optics Ltd., where responsibilities included managing production scheduling across multiple manufacturing plants and maintaining supply and demand schedules. Additional experience includes supervising trailer and material operations at Honda of Canada Manufacturing, leading quality teams, conducting compliance audits, and various teaching assistant positions at the University of Ottawa. Mohit also interned at the Indian Institute of Technology Ropar, focusing on nano-mechanical characterization of bone and vibration control techniques. Mohit holds a Master of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Technology Bhaddal.
