Monica James

Monica James, MBA, is the Senior Manager of Workplace Revenue at Abbott, where they manage revenue-related operations. They previously held the position of Accounts Receivable Manager at Alere eScreen from 2007 to 2020. In addition, Monica began their career at Texas Roadhouse, serving as a waitress and bartender from 2001 to 2007. They earned a BBA in Management and Finance from Washburn University and later obtained an MBA in Business Management from Baker University.
