Muhammad Rafay

Muhammad Rafay is an experienced professional currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Business Excellence at Abbott since June 2025. In this role, Muhammad also functions as a BEX Practitioner. Prior to this, Muhammad gained valuable experience as a Student Fellow at Amal Academy, where a competitive selection process led to the development of a social enterprise aimed at providing subsidized medicines to the underprivileged. Additional experience includes a role as a Manufacturing Operations Officer Intern at GSK, focusing on manufacturing processes and documentation improvements, as well as internships at Madina Medical Center and Civil Hospital, where Muhammad received hands-on training in various pharmacy operations and patient counseling. Muhammad has also held the position of Vice President at the Scientific Club at Ziauddin University, contributing to extracurricular activities. Education includes a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Ziauddin University, expected to be completed in 2023, with a 3.2 cGPA.
