Nadejda Matei, MBA, is a passionate and experienced people leader with over 15 years of expertise in building organizational success through strategic planning, process improvement, and team leadership. Currently serving as the Manager for ICS EMEA/RCIS at Abbott, Nadejda has previously held multiple roles within the organization, including Supervisor and International Customer Service Team Lead. Nadejda also contributed to companies such as A1 Corporation Ltd as an Office Administrator and Amber Accommodation Group as an Assistant Manager. With a Master's degree in International Management from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and a BA in Business Management from Galway Business School, Nadejda is committed to talent development and operational excellence.
