Narelle Blaasch

Narelle Blaasch is an experienced Human Resources professional, currently serving as Human Resources Director for Abbott since August 2019. Prior to this role, Narelle held various leadership positions including Head of HR for The University of Western Australia, where responsibilities included developing organizational development and talent services, and Head of HR at Woodside Energy, overseeing HR Business Partner teams for 1,200 employees. Additionally, Narelle has consulted through Integrated Managed Services Pty Ltd, contributing expertise to significant oil and gas projects, and served in HR roles at Raytheon Systems Limited, RB, and IVAX Pharmaceuticals. Narelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies from Curtin University, alongside a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of East London.
