Nicholas Baker

Nicholas Baker is a driven, high-performing Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer currently working in Abbott Nutrition's Global Engineering Process Innovation group. In this role, they focus on early stage capital project design, new technology evaluation, CFD and digital twin modeling, and product and process troubleshooting. Nicholas has previously held roles as a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Abbott and as an R&D Applications Engineer at Allen-Sherman-Hoff, where they engaged in the design and testing of water clarification systems. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, summa cum laude, from Ohio Northern University and a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
