Nicole Peter

Nicole Peter is currently the Group Head of Ethics and Compliance for Abbott’s Pharmaceuticals, Nutrition, Medical Devices, and Diagnostics divisions in the Asia Pacific region. They lead the Office of Ethics and Compliance, aiming to establish a top-tier Compliance Management and Business Partnering System that fosters innovation and sustainable growth. Previously, Nicole served as the Global Compliance Leader at Roche and held multiple compliance management roles in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. They are also the Vice Chair of the Legal Ethics Compliance Committee for the Asia Pacific Medical Technology Association. Nicole is pursuing several degrees, including a Graduate Law LLB from City, University of London, and is recognized as a panel speaker at various industry conferences.
