Nilce Molina

Nilce Molina is a dynamic Quality Director with 18 years of experience, including 16 years in the medical device industry and over 13 years in managerial positions. They possess extensive knowledge in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Operations, and the startup of new facilities. Throughout their career, Nilce has demonstrated expertise in implementing quality systems, leading cross-functional teams, and managing complex projects in highly-regulated environments. They hold a Master's degree in Project Management from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and are bilingual in English and Spanish.
