Niraj Kumar

Niraj Kumar has over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles, primarily in the fields of e-commerce, customer experience, and digital management. At Abbott from July 2019 to November 2022, Niraj served as Director of E-Commerce and Customer Experience, in addition to previous roles as Senior Manager of Business Solution and Data Management and Customer Experience Program Manager within Abbott Diabetes Care. Prior to Abbott, Niraj held the position of Senior Manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions, overseeing digital and customer experience projects across multiple sectors with budget responsibilities. Niraj began a telecom practice at Syntel Ltd. as Project Manager, achieving significant team growth while managing substantial budgets. Niraj holds an MBA from Mannheim Business School and completed executive education in Artificial Intelligence at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
