Patrick Feeney

Patrick Feeney has extensive experience in leadership and technology management within the healthcare industry. Currently, as the Director of Developer Experience and Mobile Engineering at Abbott since March 2022, Patrick leads a high-performing team focused on enhancing developer productivity and optimizing essential development tools. Prior to this role, Patrick spent over 17 years at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas, holding various positions, including Sr. Director of IT Digital Products Portfolio Lead, where strategies for new cloud-native applications were developed, and Sr. Manager of e-Business, focusing on enhancing web features for member portals. Patrick also served as Sr. Director of Emerging Products and Digital Solutions, driving customer-centered strategies with a focus on digital technologies. Earlier experience includes working as a Technology Consultant at Accenture. Patrick holds an MBA in Marketing from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BA in Sociology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
