Phil Morris

Phil Morris is the Informatics Technical Lead at Abbott, where they manage an international team of Informatics Technical Specialists focused on implementing and supporting the AlinIQ AMS middleware. With extensive experience in Pathology Middleware and LIS implementation, Phil has also served as a Biomedical Scientist at the Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Pathology Informatics Manager at Swansea Bay University Health Board and as a Support Engineer at CliniSys. Phil holds a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry (Medical) from the University of Surrey, an MSc in Clinical Chemistry from the University of the West of England, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Health Informatics from Swansea University, where they graduated with distinction.
