Rachel Bach

Rachel Bach is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently serving as the Divisional Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Abbott since January 2018. In this role, Rachel oversees IP diagnostics, nutrition, and trademarks, and has held multiple positions within the company, including Division Counsel and Senior Counsel in IP litigation. Prior to Abbott, Rachel was a Senior Counsel at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP and an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Rachel holds a JD with a Certificate in Intellectual Property from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
