Rachel Gass

Rachel Gass is a seasoned program manager currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Abbott since 2024. Previously, they spent over a decade at Boston Scientific, where they held various roles including Production Supervisor and Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering, focusing on improving operational efficiency and implementing lean manufacturing practices. Rachel's earlier experience includes working as a Plant Engineer at Praxair from 2008 to 2010. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Environmental and Biochemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth, followed by an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
